This policy explains what personal data Nutrion collects, why we use it and the choices available to you. We do not sell your personal data.

2. Data we collect
When you visit the website
Our systems may receive technical data such as your IP address, browser and device information, pages visited, referral source and approximate location. Analytics and advertising tools are used only according to your cookie choice.
When you apply or join a waitlist
We collect the details you enter, including your name, contact details, goals, training and competition information, body weight, dietary information, preferred contact method and your application answers. Some answers may reveal health-related information.
When you become a client
We process the information needed to provide coaching and the Nutrion app, including onboarding answers, meal preferences, plans, check-ins, weight history, communications and service records.
Payments
Payments are processed by Stripe. Nutrion receives transaction and billing information needed to confirm and administer your purchase, but does not receive your complete card details.
3. Why we use it
- To review applications, respond to enquiries and take steps requested before entering a contract.
- To provide coaching, app access, support and other purchased services.
- To save an unfinished application and send the private continuation link or related reminders.
- To operate, protect and improve the website and services.
- To measure marketing performance where you have accepted analytics cookies.
- To send product or service updates where you have requested them or otherwise consented.
- To meet accounting, tax, fraud-prevention and other legal obligations.
Depending on where you live, our legal basis may be performance of a contract or pre-contractual steps, your consent, compliance with law, or our legitimate interests in operating and protecting Nutrion.
4. Applications and decisions
Application answers help Daniel assess whether Nutrion coaching is appropriate for the applicant and the proposed goal. Applications are reviewed by a person. We do not use solely automated decision-making to accept or decline coaching applications.
5. Who processes data for us
We use carefully selected providers to operate Nutrion. They process data for the relevant service and under their own security and privacy obligations.
- Google Firebase and Google Cloud for website infrastructure and application storage.
- Resend for application, reminder and confirmation emails.
- Cloudflare Turnstile for abuse and spam prevention.
- Google Analytics and Meta Pixel for consent-based analytics and advertising measurement. We do not send form answers, weight or health information through these tools.
- Stripe for payment processing.
- Calendly for scheduling calls.
- WhatsApp or email when you choose those channels for communication.
We may also disclose data where required by law, to protect legal rights, or as part of a business reorganisation with appropriate safeguards.
6. International processing
Some providers may process data outside Switzerland or your country. Where required, we use recognised safeguards such as adequacy decisions or standard contractual clauses.
7. How long we keep data
We keep personal data only for as long as it is needed for the purpose collected, to provide the service, resolve disputes and meet legal obligations. Private links to unfinished applications expire after 14 days. Financial and contractual records may be retained longer where the law requires it. You may ask us to delete an application, subject to any information we must retain.
8. Cookies and measurement
Necessary technologies support security and core website functions. Analytics and advertising technologies are activated only after you accept them. You can change your choice using “Cookie settings” in the website footer. Browser settings may also let you delete stored cookies.
9. Your rights
Depending on the law that applies to you, you may ask to access, correct, delete, restrict or receive a copy of your personal data, or object to certain processing. You may withdraw consent at any time without affecting earlier processing. Contact contact@getnutrion.com. You may also complain to the Swiss Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner or your local data-protection authority.
10. Security
We use technical and organisational safeguards intended to protect personal data, including encrypted transmission, access controls and restricted administrative access. No online system can be guaranteed completely secure.
11. Age
Nutrion coaching is for adults aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly accept coaching clients under 18.
12. Changes and contact
